The Gravity Access Forms focus upon integration of the Qi Gong Meditative Movements with the Earth’s Gravitational Field. This series is exceptionally helpful for aligning and strengthening the core as well as other important, but often neglected, muscle groups. Also, the Gravity Access practices are especially helpful for strengthening one’s sense of grounded-ness.

Extensive use will be made of weighted props…Gravity Access Points… which are dense objects that can be easily held in hands.

The two primary Gravity Access Points that we will use in this course… Medicine Ball (4 or 6 pound recommended) and 2” Steel Balls… can be found on the Qi Gong Tools & Props page (Click HERE).

If you do not have these props in time for the course series, river stones or water bottles can work well.

• No Previous Experience Necessary • 


Wear light, comfortable clothes that accommodate ease-of-movement. 

Live Classes take place on Zoom.
